Kiran Ventrapragada, Co-Founder & Head of Technology
Service, More than 11 years of experience of working with global
firms in the space of technology. He has worked across several
industries like retail, telecom, footware-apparel and government.
Kiran is a graduate in electrical engineering.
Prabhu K Gutta, Co-Founder and Director, 28 years of Industry
experience, was for 5 years Executive Director/Corporate advisory
member and an integral part of the phenomenal success of Matrix
Labs (now acquired by Mylan Laboratories USA). He has rich
experience across the spectrum managing IT, HR, Supplychain ,
Public Relations etc. Prabhu is a Commerce Graduate with a Post
Graduate in Computer Methods and Programming.
Anand Sam, Co-Founder and Head of Business Intelligence, Has more
than 13 years of experience of working with global firms in
technology services, which includes consulting, project/program
management and delivery management of various engagements in ERP,
Data Warehouse etc. Was instrumental in setting up the PeopleSoft
practice at Infosys and was responsible for the global delivery for
PeopleSoft projects. Anand is a graduate of engineering
specializing in Instrumentation and Control Engineering.
Ajay Pulpa Founder & Head of US Business, Ajay Pulpa has more
than 11 years of IT experience. Over the last decade, Ajay has
worked for IBM and PwCC helping Fortune 500 companies in a diverse
set of industries including Automotive, High Tech Computer
Manufacturing, Medical Equipment Manufacturing, Utilities, Oil and
Gas (up-stream and downstream), and Electronic Market Places. Ajay
has a Masters degree in Business Administration and a graduate
degree in accounting.
Anand GCP, Co-Founder & Head of Sales and Marketing, Prior to
handling Sales and Marketing at activecubes, Anand was with Infosys
Technologies Limited. He was an integral member of the Management
Leadership team for Enterprise Solutions and in his most recent
role, headed Marketing for the same group. He has a PGDM degree
from IIM-Bangalore and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics &
Communication from Mysore University.
Ramachandran Kallankara, Founder & Head Analytics, Ramachandran
Kallankara has over 21 years of cross-industry experience,
including 14 years of responsibility and experience in IT Delivery
operations and Strategy deployment at Infosys. He has managed
delivery teams of about 5000 people and has also established profit
center practices. He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, IIM
Bangalore, India (1991) and a Bachelors Degree in Technology, IIT
Madras, India (1985)
Joy Gupta, Advisor & consultant, Joy is a leader in the
analytics field and has an accomplished 25 year career straddling
two major industries - consumer packaged goods and healthcare. He
has held progressively important and senior management positions
with reputed multinational companies. He has published several
papers and presented at a number of industry conferences.
Timothy Rook, General Manager Sales Australia, Prior to commencing
with Activecubes Tim was based in The Netherlands working for a
pan-European media company in the print, online and mobile
advertising space Truvo (annual revenues around $550m). There, Tim
held roles as National Sales Manager, Director - Go To Market and
Strategy Manager. Prior to Europe Tim was based in Sydney for
Sensis, in his last role as State Sales Director where he held
accountability for $140M in annual revenue. Tim has 20 years of
sales and marketing experience gleaned from both the Australian and
European markets.
Ted Francisco IV, Vice President Sales, USA, Ted has 20 years of
experience in supply chain strategy & planning. Prior to
joining activecubes, in his most recent roles, Ted was a Principal
with the Global Strategy practice for a major Supply
Chain/Logistics consulting firm and a Senior Executive in the
Strategic Supply Chain Management Practice of a Big 5 consultancy.
He has a Bachelor of Arts from Emory University; he holds a M.B.A.
degree as well.

in 1990's most firms heavily invested in ERPs. Early 2000, most
firms were almost there. They at least started having a well
organized mechanism of collating transaction data.
Pretty soon, industries started seeing unbelievable amounts of
data being collated on product, inventory, supply chain, customer
buying behavior, sales, marketing etc. Though organizations were
putting Reporting systems in place to get view of data, its not
till recently companies have started understanding the power of
analyzing this data beyond reports.
Today and in the coming days, all organizations in all industry
segments will be looking at how best can I harvest my data, compare
with industry benchmarks, to give me a much deeper understanding of
all aspects of my business.
